_Better After | Your situation

Better After | Your situation
I know sometimes we think…….
Better After
That we will never get out the situation or situations
that we are in.
In the midst of it all it seems like we will never see
a better after.
Matter in fact a happy after.
Sometimes I write articles and blogs just to let
somebody know that things will get better after…..
Your valley experience.
Your dark place.
Your rainy days.
Even as I write this I am going through a situation
that totally rock my world.
Everybody walking this planet earth is susceptible to
disappoints
heartaches
failures
and everything in that nature.
So you might be saying to yourself…
“When does better after come?”
“I need help here.”
Those same thoughts always goes
through my mind when I can become
better after my situation.
Well, part of that answer is you have
to reach out for the answer or answers.
You just can’t stand or sit there and let
the situation over take you.
You have to mustered up the strength to
seek out solutions.
The situation will get better after we can….
crawl
cry
yell
take baby steps
whatever it takes to seek out the solution
to your dark place.
Just get the momentum going.
Its hard to stop forward progress once it is
in motion.
Can I just throw this in here for a minute.
As much that we are in that low point of our
lives.
A hindering factor can be if we still hold on to
pride or ego.
Yup, I said because I use to do it.
As much pain that we go through in our valley
experience, we still have enough pride not to
reach out and seek help.
Which this makes the situation come to a
stand still.
Our ego can be detrimental to our health sometimes.
Its because no matter how much pain we feel when
we are going through we act like everything is
alright. (which everything isn’t)
(I am a repeat offender on this :) )
This catches up to us in the long run.
Again, I know this because I have been through
it.
So let’s talk about some resolution.
If it’s a financial situation.
Seek assistance.
I don’t care if you are making six figures a year there
are agency and programs in place to help you out
financially.
Again I know this by experience.
Relationships……..
Say if you want to give it one last try.
Seek counseling.
It doesn’t have to be “professional”
Talk to someone you trust and that is in a good
relationship.
Why I say that?
Because, don’t talk to someone that is
single or never been through a serious
relationship.
So with that being said……
What do I do when I am in my valley.
I listen to music.
Not just any kind of music.
But that one or two songs that I know that
will give me the strength to do what I have
to do.
Come on now.
You know that you have that one song that
will get you over that hump or funk that you
are in.
Music is universal and spiritual at the same
time.
That one song connects to you on so many
different levels.
But before I end this…….
I really want to help people to get over that
hump.
So what I am suggesting is please…..
This post is connect to facebook.
If you have a certain way to get through your
valley experience please post it.
I want your feed back to help others.
I don’t have all the answers.
But I know together we will help each other.
I have left how I get better after the storm.
How do you do it?
P.S.
Retire in 24 months.
